1. Subscription Plans
- Vietbizz offers both monthly and annual subscription options.
- Prices may vary depending on your region and will be displayed clearly before purchase.
- All subscriptions are charged to your App Store / Google Play account.
2. Free Trial
- New users may be eligible for a free trial period of 15 days.
- At the end of the trial, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
3. Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription expires.
4. Managing Subscriptions
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be made directly through App Store or Google Play in accordance with their policies.
6. Updates & Changes
- Vietbizz reserves the right to update subscription terms, features, or pricing.
- Any changes will be communicated in advance and reflected in the app stores.
